I appreciate how easy it is to use. I was unsure how adding some software wasn’t just going to overly complicate a simple text message to our landlord. The communication with my landlord through the tenant portal is pretty straightforward. They showed me how to login and create a profile. It took about 10 minutes, and had all of our information in one spot. From what I have seen I believe the lifecycle section will make renewing the lease easier. I believe it will just let us sign on the computer and go through the lease and make notes on it there. There are some features that I don’t think we will use but I guess that depends on the type of property you are renting. I could see the leasehold section being more valuable to industrial spaces than office space.

The property management dashboard from Frontier Realtor is user-friendly and efficient. It gives me a complete overview of my properties, and the forecasting tool is invaluable for planning ahead. I met with each of my tenants and was able to set them up on the software and walk them through it in about 30 minutes. I would recommend the software if you have more than 5 units, less than that and I think you should be able to manage it on paper.
