Chen holds a degree in Economics from Laurentian University and has an impressive track record of working in various sectors, including real estate development and logistics. Before co-founding Frontier Realtor, Chen worked as a Human Resource Manager, E-Business Marketing Manager, and Marketing Manager in various companies, honing her skills in recruiting, employee relations, sales performance, and marketing strategy.
As COO of Frontier Realtor, Chen is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to ensure the company reaches its desired market share in Canada and the United States. She establishes and nurtures effective relationships with real estate agents, brokers, industry associations, partners, and vendors across the two countries. Chen also leads product design initiatives to simplify technology for real estate agents while providing maximum value-add services to their customers. She continually identifies opportunities to leverage new technologies and business models to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
