Phung Le Phan is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Frontier Realtor, an innovative software solution empowering real estate agents in Canada and the United States with intuitive tools to manage clients, tenants, contracts, invoices, and more. With a strong background in software development and IT management, Phung has played a pivotal role in building the technological backbone of Frontier Realtor, ensuring it remains efficient, user-friendly, and secure.
Phung's expertise spans multiple programming languages, including Python, R, and C++. Before joining Frontier Realtor, she was Vice President of IT at Hang Xin Trading Company. She was responsible for developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and systems and overseeing hardware and software design, installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
As CTO of Frontier Realtor, Phung's responsibilities include the following:
The development and implementation of practical software tools for real estate agents.
Maintaining a secure development environment with agile processes and best practices.
Working closely with stakeholders to ensure products meet user requirements while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
She is also instrumental in implementing automated testing strategies to ensure the quality assurance of all developed software solutions.
Phung's connection with Shiyi Su began many years ago while working on a project where Shiyi was providing legal consultation. Over the years, their professional relationship blossomed, and when Shiyi needed assistance with the software side of Frontier Realtor, she reached out to Phung. This collaboration laid the foundation for the creation of Frontier Realtor, with Phung's technological expertise proving invaluable in shaping the platform into the powerful, user-friendly solution it is today.
