Shiyi holds an LL.M. in International Business and Trade Law from Fordham University School of Law in New York and an LL.B. in International Economic Law from Shanghai International Studies University School of Law in China. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Shanghai Bar Association.
